September 2020 - March 2022
VETERINARY ASSISTANT/KENNEL ATTENDANT
During this time I worked at two veterinary clinics starting out as a kennel attendant and working my way up to a veterinary assistant. I would take care of the dogs that were boarding or there for daycare. As well as assisted the doctors with their appointments checking in their patients, holding animals during exams, administering vaccines and getting the patients checked out.
September 2017 - August 2020
OWNER AND OPERATOR
During this time I owned and operated this business. I was dog walking, doing drop in visits and pet sitting during these years until COVID-19 forced me to shut down.
September 2016 - September 2018
DOG WALKER/PET SITTER
During this time I worked as an independent contractor for Rover.com. I was dog walking, pet sitting and doing drop in visits.
December 2015 - April 2016
DOG DAYCARE ATTENDANT
During this time I was working in the daycare directly with the pups. I'd bring them in and out of the yard, play with them, clean up after them, do laundry and cleaned dishes as well as the room at the end of the night.
April 2015 - April 2016
PET CARE SPECIALIST
During this time at PetSmart I worked in both playrooms, big and small, where I would observe the dogs playing, create report cards and clean up after them. I would also do individual play times, ice cream time and meal time, as well as clean up kennels after dogs had left for the day or checked out after boarding with us.
