Cancellation Policy/Contract

If you would like to cancel a walk or drop in visit please let us know 48 hours before to not be charged. If you cancel within the 48-hour period you will still be charged for the visit or walk.

Late Fees

Payment requests will be sent via Zelle or Apple Cash on Thursday mornings. Payments are due by Friday end of day, if payment is not received by that time there is a $10 late fee per day.
